Though there’s so many bad reviews I have to say I keep coming back because of some really great vets here. One of them is Dr JC. I’ve brought all my pets including rescues here for treatments for the past 6 years. Dr JC is a very passionate vet. He is very compassionate & accommodating. He is the only vet I’ve met that actually sniffs my dogs ear to check for yeast infection 😂 Dr JC was moved to handle emergency years ago and I was introduced to another kind vet Dr Andre. A few days ago I had to rush my furkid to vet due to a sudden abnormal breathing and despite being busy and exhausted by 4 am due to the many cases and only 2 vets being on duty, Dr JC patiently treated my furkid and answered to my 1000 questions patiently. Thank you Dr JC! I will forever be grateful for your advice & treatments. I hope the management will take good care of Drs such as Dr JC, Dr Andre & Dr Micheal who are some of the best vets I’ve met that work from the heart..

I have been bringing all my dogs here for more than 15 years. The doctors and staff here are very competent and compassionate. Doc Bea takes care of all my dogs very well. I can confidently say my dogs are in safe hands. Animal House has great customer service and thet really treat my pets very well. The whole clinic is clean. The cages are big, spacious and sanitized. Whenever my dogs are confined for surgery or blood donation, the doctors and nurses always send updates even if I don't ask. They have comprehensive variety of equipments and they cater to emergencies. They have the best confinement suites.

Horrible service. Checked in late at night for emergency. There was no patient at that time and it still took one hour before someone could attend to my 2 sick cats. (30mins reception, >30mins inside the room). Again, there was no patient except my cats. It didn’t feel like they were attending to an emergency. My 2 other cats died earlier during the day. And I told that to the receptionist. They don’t have sympathy. They don’t have compassion. They don’t have any sense of urgency. It was a very frustrating experience.

I don’t know the exact word but yeah i’m going to use “misdiagnosed”, my puppy got tested for 3 tests and was positive for CANINE distemper but I doubt it since my puppy was never weak though he pooped several times on that day but still he is active, got tested at night and in the morning my puppy was super active so I decided to do a retest after a week in another animal clinic, as what I suspected, he’s negative for distemper via rapid test. We were so worried and devastated upon hearing the news at that time that he has the virus and was told that it’s a 50/50 chance of survival. Imagine hearing this news and you were also 8 weeks pregnant 🥲 Will never go to this clinic again. My puppy is fine and just had his vaccine the other day 😌
